With the changing technologies
in the field of biotechnology, it is an enormous
challenge to provide the best of the support
to our valued customers. Keeping this very
important challenge in mind, we have organized
our customer support division in two wings.
The installation and commissioning of the
instruments is done by our service group,
which has 14 engineers located in our 6 offices
located in all major cities. The other wing
of our support division comprises of technically
qualified Application Scientists who have
been entrusted with the responsibility of
providing application training and support
for the end-users. This team of Application
Specialists are periodically trained at our
Principals’ labs to stay abreast with
the products & technologies promoted by
us.
